Lemonade Apple & Clementine Rosé Sangria

Light, Fruity, Bubbly

Serves: 2-4


3 sprigs of fresh mint
2 Lemonade apples, sliced
3 clementines, sliced
½ cup apple juice
1 750 mL bottle of rosé
1 12-oz. can of club soda
Ice, optional to serve




Using a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine all ingredients except club soda. Let the fruit infuse with wine overnight in the refrigerator. Add club soda and ice just before serving.
